My 1st stay at Novotel on Darling Harbour. Although I didn't get an early check-in due to full occupancy despite being a platinum member but I got my room at noon. Hotel gave me a double upgrade to Darling Harbour view which is well appreciated as we enjoyed a great fireworks night too! It was a perfect view from room. Room size was good but room a little old or dated. Power sockets not enough or not so accessible. Love Novotel's Nature Spa amenities that gave an extra touch. Hotel cafe food was very good too.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is extremely helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant the Tierney. Our server was Jan and she did a fantastic job. As well as Silvia. Never let down when eating here. The chef and the food are wonderful. Always be sure to make a reservation as they are very busy. We had a table for five and each and everyone of us was pleased with what we ordered. Scotch steak, balmy bugs, and salmon all delightful.

We just got back from a great weekend at Novotel Darling Harbour. Our whole experience was fantastic from the moment we drove in and were greeted by the kind concierge who showed us the best place to park tothe amazingly friendly service by Marcella on checkin who was so kind to our little girls ( she even bought a huge chocolate and colouring packs to the room for them and a bottle of wine for us) to the spacious and comfortable rooms ( harbour view with great view of the fireworks on Saturday night) to the restaurant for dinner ( my Husband said one of the best steaks he has ever had) and then to top it off with James on checkout who was so friendly to deal with. We can't wait to visit Novotel Darling Harbour again soon.

MOST EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Before and upon arrival, Kiara at Reception offered outstanding customer care and phenomenal attention to detail throughout! Nothing was too difficult nor detail too small. Our incredible room, beautiful welcome, made this trip an “extra”ordinary experience! Indeed EVERY Team Member shone brightly! Enthusiastic customer service and pride in what they did! To Reception, Restaurant, Concierge and both Valets assisting with our Uber arrivals, our deepest gratitude! Personalised service was brilliant from all, in particular Kiara, who is a credit to your Organisation! Thank you also Anna, Alice, Nabella, Annabel, Melissa, Ella! Incredible Team! Amazing location, views! WOW!!!!!

the people at the reception are really nice and friendly they did not rush us and they where just lovely and she give us advice on what to do when we got to our rooms and she gave us drink vouchers to wait till the room was ready and they used polite word and manners
